I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even bringing breakfast to my room when I needed it earlier than usual. The location was absolutely amazing, with uninterrupted views of the breathtaking Matterhorn. I also loved how convenient it was, just a short walk to the cable car station and close to the main part of town. The rooms were clean and modern, with good standard bathrooms, and the breakfast provided was fresh and sufficient.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with the Matterhorn in full view and just a short walk to both the Matterhorn Gondola station and the cable car to the top of the mountain. The proximity to shops in the main part of town was also a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with good standard bathrooms. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was basic but fresh and sufficient, just what you need to start your day right. the value for money at this hotel was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
All exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a prime location near to the cable car and with stunning views of the mountains. the rooms are well-insulated and had balconies for soaking up the sunshine. Breakfast had good quality food, but could have had more variety. the staff was very accommodating and helpful with any questions guests had.
The ongoing construction work nearby may cause noise issues for some people.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the lifts and plenty of restaurants. the room we had was clean and modern, with a comfy bed and a great shower. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
The pillows were a bit thin for our liking, but that's just a personal preference. there was some construction going on nearby, but it didn't bother us too much as we were out exploring during the day.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the cable car station and close to the city center. The rooms were cozy and tidy with a nice view of the surrounding area. I also liked the daily room service which kept the room very neat.
The room temperature was a bit uncomfortable during the night; it was difficult to regulate the heat and I had to resort to opening the window to get enough cool air in.

Excellent location near ski lifts with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast spread was limited, but the staff kindly accommodated my request for fried eggs. The room was clean with a lovely balcony and friendly staff.
Was all great.
